Colours of Clouds
An on-going project started from April 2025, tracing the colours of waiting in different forms: the unexpected delay of transportation, silence, margins between words, the spoken and unspoken, the time to be defined, the vagueness before feelings take shapes of actions, the subtle changes of transition between seasons, the seeds before germination, the forms before emergence, the images before revelation, the great tenderness before the defilement of touch.
Neither fixed, nor complete abstraction. Mist among the distant mountains; clouds at dawn; the inner patterns of flowers when you look without distance; the afterimages behind closed eyes; inks dissolving into the water; something appearing and disappearing at the same time; the aftertaste of teas; the remaining fragrance of roasted coffee beans; the petrichor.
Something absent but lingers as a continuum.
这是一组于乙巳蛇年四月开始的作品，记录了等待的不同形态：可能关于交通的意外延误；沉默；言语之间的空白； 言说与未言说之间的距离；等待被定义的时间；在感受转换为行动的模糊地带；季节变换间微不可见的变幻；种子在发芽之前的形态；形在化形之前；图像在显现之前；温柔被触碰染污之前。
既非固定，又非完全抽象。雾飘荡在远山；破晓时的云；花朵在凑近无距离观测时的样子；闭眼后图片留下的影子；墨汁融化进水；那些在不断出现又同时不停消失的事物。茶的后味。咖啡的余香。雨后泥土的气息。
那些似乎消失却不停显影的事物。
